These Valentine’s Day Truffles are rich, creamy, and utterly delightful. Made from vanilla Oreos and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate, they are perfect for gifting or sharing at parties. With simple ingredients and an irresistible flavor, they make a sweet addition to any celebration.

- 36 vanilla oreos about 15 ounces
- 1 8- ounce block cream cheese softened
- 14–16 ounces white chocolate melts *see notes
- red oil-based food coloring optional (or powdered)

Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set it aside in the fridge or freezer.
- In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs with 10-second pulses.
- Transfer the cookie crumbs into a bowl, add softened cream cheese, and mix thoroughly, preferably using your hands for better texture.
- Using a 1.5-tablespoon cookie scoop, shape the mixture into balls and place them onto the prepared sheet. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for an hour.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second bursts and stirring in between, or use a double boiler method for gentle melting.
- If coloring the chocolate, add oil-based food coloring after it's fully melted, adjusting the amount for your desired shade.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate with a fork, ensuring they are completely coated, and tap off the excess chocolate before placing them back on the sheet.
- If you wish to drizzle chocolate over them, chill the truffles in the fridge or freezer for about 10 minutes before decorating them as desired.
- Sprinkle any toppings on while the chocolate is still wet and let the chocolate set at room temperature for approximately 2 hours.
Notes
For best results, ensure the cream cheese is softened before mixing.
Store the finished truffles in an airtight container in a cool place for up to a week.
