This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge combines creamy white chocolate with sugar cookie flavor, making it a perfect sweet treat. Quick to prepare and delicious, it’s an ideal choice for your special celebration or a lovely gift for loved ones.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix (i used betty crocker)
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- In a medium sized double boiler, blend the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until everything melts and becomes smooth.
- Continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Remove from heat but keep on the double boiler, then mix in the vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Prepare a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
- After the fudge has set, lift it from the baking dish using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces on a cutting board.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond bark in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted almond bark into a zippered bag, cut a small tip for drizzling over the fudge, or use a fork for a more rustic drizzle.
- Allow the fudge to cool completely and enjoy.
