Description

This Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge combines creamy white chocolate with sugar cookie flavor, making it a perfect sweet treat. Quick to prepare and delicious, it’s an ideal choice for your special celebration or a lovely gift for loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (i used betty crocker)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  • In a medium sized double boiler, blend the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until everything melts and becomes smooth.
  • Continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  • Remove from heat but keep on the double boiler, then mix in the vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles.
  • Prepare a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • After the fudge has set, lift it from the baking dish using the parchment paper and cut it into pieces on a cutting board.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond bark in 30-second increments until smooth.
  • Pour the melted almond bark into a zippered bag, cut a small tip for drizzling over the fudge, or use a fork for a more rustic drizzle.
  • Allow the fudge to cool completely and enjoy.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate is fully melted for a smooth fudge texture.
You can customize the sprinkles for different holidays or celebrations.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
