Description

This Pumpkin Protein Shake combines creamy banana, rich pumpkin puree, and protein for a delightful and nutritious start to your day. Perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost, it’s simple to prepare and packed with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, oats, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg in a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides as necessary, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra creamy shake, use frozen almond milk cubes instead of ice.
Adjust the pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon according to your taste preferences.
This shake can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
