Description

This Tahini Sauce is a fantastic blend of tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, delivering a creamy and flavorful addition to your meals. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for drizzling on salads, wraps, or bowls. Whip it up in no time for a healthy, homemade touch to any dish!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt, and whisk together.
  2. Initially, the tahini will become thick and paste-like. Continue whisking until a smooth and silky texture is achieved.
  3. If needed, add more water to adjust the sauce's consistency. Taste and adjust flavor by adding more lemon juice or salt.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of chili powder or cayenne pepper.
This sauce can also be used as a dip for veggies or a spread for sandwiches.
