- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic minced or more to taste
Instructions
- In a glass bowl or freezer bag, mix together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, black pepper, thyme, and minced garlic.
- Add up to 2 pounds of steak into the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
- Grill or broil the steak according to your desired level of doneness.
Notes
For best flavor, let the steak marinate for 4 hours if possible.
