- 1 each chili in adobo sauce, seeds removed and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 whole lime
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them in a freezer bag or between plastic wrap. Use a meat tenderizer or rolling pin to pound the thickest parts.
- In a bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, lime juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cayenne powder, and minced chili in adobo sauce until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag or a mixing bowl, ensuring all sides are coated. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
