This Slow Cooker Pulled Pork features tender, flavorful pork shoulder cooked with BBQ sauce and seasonings. It’s perfect for a quick dinner or a cozy meal with friends and family.

- 3 pound boneless pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons herb and garlic seasoning
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Rub the pork shoulder with herb and garlic seasoning and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth; pour the mixture over the pork in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the juices back to the shredded pork, discarding any remaining juices.
- If desired, add additional BBQ sauce to taste.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the pork marinate with the seasoning overnight before cooking.
This pulled pork can be served on sandwich buns with coleslaw for added texture and taste.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
