- 6 oz blue gelatin (170g)

- cold water (as directed on gelatin box)
- 12 fl. oz heavy whipping cream (350ml)
- 5 fl. oz sweetened condensed milk (150ml)
- whipped cream (for topping)
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Follow the directions on the back of both gelatin boxes.
- Prepare the red and blue gelatin and pour them into an 8×8 (20cmx20cm) dish. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until set. You can use the Quickset method if desired.
- Once set, cut the gelatins into squares according to the size of your serving cups, making vertical and horizontal cuts with a utility knife.
- Carefully lift the gelatin squares to avoid breaking; use a teaspoon, butter knife, or spatula for easier handling.
- In small cups (8oz/237ml or less), layer the gelatin squares by alternating colors, pressing them against the sides for visibility. Add approximately 1.5 tablespoons of cream between layers until cups are filled.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, or decorate as desired.
Notes
Make sure to let the gelatin fully set before cutting for best results.
