Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups feature a refreshing blend of strawberries and blueberries topped with fluffy whipped cream. They are perfect for summer parties or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Adjust sweetness with extra icing sugar if needed. Set the whipped cream aside.
  2. In a cup, layer ⅓ cup of chopped strawberries, followed by ½ cup of whipped cream, and then ½ cup of blueberries. Repeat this process for the remaining cups.
  3. Top each cup with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust icing sugar to your liking.
These fruit cups can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator until serving.
