Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a 15x10x1-inch sheet pan or a round pizza pan.
- Press the perforations to seal the dough.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Allow the baked dough to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a chilled non-reactive bowl, combine cold heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Whisk until the cream holds a loose peak, then add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Evenly spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust.
- Top with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve, garnishing with fresh mint or basil leaves.
