Description

  • 1 bag pre-packaged coleslaw of choice (1416 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Empty the coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and celery seeds. Whisk until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and toss everything together until the slaw is fully coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. For enhanced flavor, chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least an hour, or ideally overnight, before serving. It can be enjoyed immediately if needed.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dressing.
This coleslaw is great as a topping for sandwiches or hot dogs.
