Description

This Pumpkin Spice Eggnog is a rich, creamy drink filled with fall flavors. Made with fresh pumpkin purée, warming spices, and your choice of milk, it’s perfect for holiday celebrations and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups whole milk or creamy plant-based milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 6 large pasteurized eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • whipped cream for topping
  • cinnamon for topping
  • extra nutmeg for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate for a chilled drink.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk.
Add a splash of bourbon or rum for an adults-only version.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
