- 6 peaches, diced into 2” cubes
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ lemon, zest
Instructions
- Add diced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to a large saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a rapid boil and maintain the boil for 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes with a wooden spoon to help break down the peaches until the mixture thickens.
- Transfer the preserves to a large glass jar or several smaller jars with sealed lids and refrigerate. Enjoy within 2 months.
