Description

This Pasta Salad is packed with flavor and colorful ingredients like mozzarella, salami, and cherry tomatoes. It’s easy to prepare and great for gatherings or a simple meal at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound short pasta shapes such as rotini or bow ties
  • 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1 pound salami, chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 ½ pints)
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups italian dressing, homemade or store-bought

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, then rinse under cold water until cool. Drain again thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

Chilling the salad for at least one hour enhances the flavors.
Feel free to customize by adding your favorite vegetables or proteins.
This salad can be made a day in advance for convenience.
