Description

This Pan Pizza is a delightful blend of flavors with a crispy crust and a perfect topping of mozzarella, pepperoni, and parmesan. Ideal for a quick dinner or comfort food night, it’s simple to prepare and sure to please everyone!


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 ounce) ball pizza dough
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour 1½ tablespoons of olive oil into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and swirl it to coat the sides.
  2. Shape the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and place it in the oiled skillet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 475℉.
  4. Allow the dough to rest in a warm area (like near the preheating oven) for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is crisp.
