- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, mix the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- After chilling, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Then, gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and top with whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set or freeze for 2 hours for a frozen dessert.
Notes
For an added crunch, consider adding crushed nuts to the crust.
This pie can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator for convenience.
