Description

Nachos Supreme offers a mouthwatering combination of seasoned ground beef, melted cheeses, and zesty toppings. Ideal for quick dinners or movie nights, this easy recipe delivers comfort and flavor in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 12 ounces tortilla chips sturdy chips to hold the toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for melting
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese for melting
  • ½ cup jalapeños sliced, for added heat
  • ½ cup sour cream for topping
  • ½ cup guacamole for topping
  • ½ cup fresh salsa for topping
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning.
  • Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet, then spoon the cooked ground beef over the chips.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the beef, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Take out of the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
  • Serve immediately, garnishing with cilantro or additional toppings if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding black olives or diced tomatoes as toppings.
Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your preferred spice level.
