- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water, drained, & chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 package king’s hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
- ½ cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add in the shredded rotisserie chicken and stir until well mixed.
- Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian sweet rolls in the prepared baking dish and fill with the chicken mixture.
- Top with fresh baby spinach and monterey jack cheese, then cover with the top half of the sweet rolls.
- Brush the melted butter mixed with minced garlic over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of sun-dried tomatoes based on your preference for their flavor.
These sliders can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving for a quick meal.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
