Description

These Key Lime Pie Bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust and a zesty lime filling, perfect for easy desserts that impress. Great for gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Prepare a 9” square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving handles for easy lifting, and lightly greasing it.

Notes

For a more vibrant flavor, use fresh key lime juice instead of bottled.
Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing for cleaner cuts.
