Description

This homemade whipped cream is rich and creamy, made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for topping desserts, it’s an easy way to elevate any treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g/ml) heavy cream or heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar or confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed for about 3–4 minutes until medium peaks form.
  2. If over-whipped, add a little more cold heavy cream and gently fold with a spatula until smooth.
  3. Use the whipped cream immediately, or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is cold for better whipping results.
Whipped cream can be flavored with additional extracts or spices if desired.
