Description

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars offer a delightful mix of flavors and textures. Made with cottage cheese, yogurt, and protein powder, they’re perfect for a quick and healthy dessert that everyone will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt, or full-fat greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and set aside.
  2. Layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of two jars. Spoon the cheesecake filling evenly into each jar on top of the graham crackers.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the jars plain or topped with your favorite cheesecake toppings.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup based on your taste.
