Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed, adding salt and pepper generously.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least an hour before serving. The dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
