Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender until smooth, adding a splash of liquid if necessary.
  2. Pour the smooth mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4-inch at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil or the lid and insert popsicle sticks into the center.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen, then pull gently on the stick to remove.

Notes

You can substitute fresh blueberries for frozen if preferred.
Add a splash of orange juice for extra flavor.
Make sure to leave space at the top of the molds for expansion while freezing.
