Description

Enjoy an Easy Grilled Shrimp Boil bursting with flavor and simplicity! This dish features succulent shrimp, sweet corn, hearty potatoes, and savory sausage, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning, divided
  • 2 medium ears of corn, husks removed and cut crosswise into 2-inch slices
  • 10 baby potatoes, halved
  • 23 sausages, sliced
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter, divided
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, freshly chopped, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toss the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning in a medium mixing bowl and let marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, baby potatoes, sausage, lemon, and garlic. Add seasoned prawns, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, and remaining tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Toss to coat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook on a grill pan or outdoor barbecue grill.

Notes

For added flavor, let the prawns marinate longer if possible.
Adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning according to your taste preferences.
