This Creamy Hot Honey Hummus features a delightful blend of chickpeas, garlic, and the sweetness of hot honey. Perfect as a quick appetizer or snack that’s both healthy and satisfying!
Ingredients

- 2 (14 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅔ cup tahini
- ¼ cup hot honey, plus more for drizzling
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ to ½ cup ice water
- olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Reserve a few chickpeas to sprinkle on top of the hummus later.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, tahini, hot honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend and pulse for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides every 30 seconds until everything is fully blended.
- With the processor running, stream in ice water and continue blending until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed, blending again until well combined.
- Spread the hummus onto a plate or in a bowl. Top with the reserved chickpeas, drizzle with olive oil, and add a generous swirl of hot honey. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and serve.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more hot honey as a drizzle on top.
Serve with pita chips or veggies for great dipping options.
