Instructions

  2. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into a thin round.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Notes

You can substitute all-purpose flour with self-rising flour for more fluffiness.
Adjust the cooking time slightly based on the thickness of the naan.
