  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese in a food processor for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  2. For the strawberry flavor, add 3 cups of frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the food processor. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes until creamy.
  3. For the banana flavor, add 3 cups of frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract to the processor. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes until creamy.
  4. Serve the ice cream immediately or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let it sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

This ice cream can be customized with other frozen fruits like mango or blueberries.
Ensure you use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and flavor.
