Description

This Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink combines the refreshing flavors of cranberry-strawberry juice and creamy coconut milk, enhanced by fresh strawberry slices. Perfect for a warm day or a delightful pick-me-up!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 6 ounces Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • ⅓ cup Fresh Strawberry Slices (about 2 strawberries)
  • 23 teaspoons Simple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Clear Vanilla
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries at the bottom of a 24-ounce glass.
  2. Gently press the juices out of the strawberries using a muddler without fully mashing them.
  3. Pour the coconut milk over the strawberries.
  4. Add the clear vanilla and optional simple syrup to the cup.
  5. Pour the cranberry-strawberry juice into the cup and stir gently.
  6. Add ice to the cup based on your preference, then stir again.
  7. Top with extra strawberry slices and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
You can use any brand of cranberry-strawberry juice to suit your taste.
This drink is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a few hours.
