- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 oz chopped walnuts
- 2 oz white chocolate chunks or chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 10×5 loaf pan and lightly dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, sea salt, and baking soda until fully incorporated.
- Add the flour and cinnamon, mixing gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chunks, walnuts, and white chocolate chunks. Reserve some for garnish if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with reserved chocolate chunks and walnuts.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool before slicing.
