- 16 ounces (452 g) brick-style cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120 g) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar until combined.
- Pour the melted butter over the crumb mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate, using a measuring cup for even packing.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then remove from the oven, keeping the temperature at 325°F.
Notes
