These mouthwatering Cheeseburger Sliders feature juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, and Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for gatherings or quick family dinners, they are easy to prepare and full of flavor!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up while it cooks. Drain excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion, cooking until the onion softens.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Add the cheddar cheese slices on top.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the roles' tops.
- Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops toast.
- Mix melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush on the tops of the warm rolls.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add pickles or jalapeños inside the sliders.
If you prefer a crunchier top, broil for the last minute of baking.
These sliders can be made in advance and reheated for easy entertaining.
