Description
These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats shine with their rich flavor and easy preparation. Featuring caramels, butter, and marshmallows, they make a wonderful dessert or snack that everyone will love!

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and reserve 10 for later.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, then remove from heat once fully melted.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until nearly combined.
- Fold in the Rice Krispies and the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows until well mixed.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the reserved 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, then drizzle over the top.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a fun twist, add chocolate chips or nuts to the mixture before pressing into the pan.
Ensure the pan is well-coated with non-stick spray to easily remove the treats after they cool.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
