Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 13×9 inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, melt the butter and bittersweet chocolate over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, add in the sugar and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix this dry ingredient blend into the chocolate mixture, whisking thoroughly until fully combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-35 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
