- 1 package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- strawberries and assorted berries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Whisk until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the brownie batter onto the pizza pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Cool completely after baking.
- While the brownie cools, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth in a medium bowl.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until the frosting is smooth and creamy.
- Once cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the brownie base.
- Slice the strawberries and arrange them along with other berries on top as desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Make sure the brownie is completely cooled before spreading the frosting to avoid melting.
You can use any combination of berries for topping based on your preference.
