- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked sea salt
- 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes or ¼ teaspoon cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all the rub ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- If the brown sugar is clumpy, break it up between your fingers.
- Set the mixture aside for at least 30 minutes.
