Description

This BBQ Chicken Marinade features irresistible flavors with a simple prep. Ideal for a quick dinner, it combines BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic for a delicious meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Poke the chicken all over with a fork, then place it in a dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is completely covered, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken on the grill, cooking for 4-6 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours to enhance flavor.
Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts to ensure proper cooking.
Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce for a personal touch.
