- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with salt. Dip each shrimp into mayonnaise, letting the excess drip off, then coat with panko. Place shrimp on the lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder to create the bang bang sauce.
- Bake the shrimp in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Before serving, drizzle the baked shrimp with the bang bang sauce.
