- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and season with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha. Ensure even coating.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, add the chicken bites in a single layer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from heat and toss with the bang bang sauce. Serve with rice or over shredded cabbage.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
