Description

These Baked Parmesan Hash Brown Cups are a delightful treat, combining crispy hash browns with rich parmesan and green onions. Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine thawed hash browns, half of the parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin slot and press firmly to form cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
