Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare your 9×13 inch pan by greasing it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and milk until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before icing it with the powdered sugar mixed with cream or milk.
