Description

This Air Fryer Grilled Cheese is a perfect quick meal with irresistible flavor, featuring crispy golden bread and gooey cheese, ideal for comfort food lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter or mayo
  • 23 slices cheese (sharp cheddar, American, provolone, Swiss, gouda, or a combo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter-side down, layer cheese on top, and cover with the second slice butter-side up. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F for 4–5 minutes. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  4. Remove from the air fryer, take out the toothpick, slice, serve, and enjoy!
