Instructions
- Chop the potatoes in half, quartering any extra-large ones, and place them in a large bowl. Cover with cold water and let soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and rinse with fresh water.
- Dry the potatoes thoroughly and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add the salad dressing and seasoning, and toss to coat.
