- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
- 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
- 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
- 1/4 c. ricotta
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
- blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Pinch the edges to form balls, and arrange them on the baking sheet, creating four quadrants.
- Brush the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella using a handheld mixer until well combined.
- Add in chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, gruyère, and monterey jack. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Season the mixture with garlic, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Spread this mixture over the arranged biscuits.
- Top with pizza sauce, mini pepperoni, bacon, jalapeños, and remaining cheeses.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles, chives, parsley, and basil before serving.
