Description

This Vegan Veggie Dip is an easy-to-make treat packed with vibrant flavors and nutritious ingredients. Perfect for parties or a light snack, it includes fresh veggies and creamy avocado for a delightful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are nicely browned.
  • Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
