Description

This Strawberry Daiquiri offers an irresistible blend of frozen and fresh strawberries, lime juice, and coconut rum, making it a refreshing treat perfect for parties or a casual night in. It’s easy to prepare and promises to brighten your day!


Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare the simple syrup by combining equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow the mixture to cook until the sugar dissolves completely, which should take about 10 minutes. You can use 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
  • Once the simple syrup is ready, let it cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients: frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, lime juice, rum, and cooled simple syrup. Blend until the mixture is smooth. If desired, serve with additional rum and whipped cream on top.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
Using high-quality rum can enhance the flavor of the daiquiri.
