- 4 eggs hard or soft boiled
- 8 slices candied bacon
- 8 mini belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 2 belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 4 slices raisin bread
- 2 mini raisin bagels
- 2 potato pancakes i bought pre-made
- ¼ lb smoked black forest sausage
- 1 oz smoked salmon
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
- 8 strawberries
- ½ pt raspberries
- 2 apples
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 oz cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Boil the eggs and cook the bacon beforehand. Once cooked, peel the eggs for easy serving.
- For candied bacon, arrange bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the bacon.
- Add ¼ teaspoon chili powder, a light dusting of cinnamon, and about ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
