- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If using a sweetener, combine it with greek yogurt in a small bowl until blended well.
- Layer the parfait by adding half of the yogurt into a mason jar or bowl. Follow with half of the fruit and half of the granola. Add the remaining yogurt on top, followed by the rest of the fruit and granola.
- If desired, finish with a drizzle of honey and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can use any fruit of your choice for variation.
For a richer flavor, try using flavored yogurt instead of plain.
Prepare the layers ahead of time for a quick assembly.
