- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil, and spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage over the foil evenly.
- Drizzle the sausage and vegetables with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Gently toss everything together to mix well and spread evenly on the sheet pan.
- Bake the sheet pan meal in the oven uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the ingredients are golden brown. Serve immediately.
