Description

Mint Oreo Chocolate Bark combines the rich flavors of semi-sweet and white chocolate with crushed Oreo cookies and colorful M&M’s. This simple yet delightful dessert is perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack at home, making it a must-try for chocolate lovers!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups crushed oreo cookies (mint or double stuf)
  • ½ cup green m&m’s
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  • Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate. Allow this to cool for at least 5 minutes to set slightly.
  • Microwave white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until melted.
  • Carefully pour and spread the white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
  • Immediately sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
  • Let the bark cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until hard.
  • Break into irregular pieces with a knife or your hands and serve.

Notes

For best results, allow the chocolate to cool before adding the toppings.
