- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk (or nut milk)
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Blend the cooked rice and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl to remove solids.
- Mix in the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- For hot latte, gently heat the mixture in a saucepan without boiling.
- To serve iced, pour over ice and stir lightly.
